Some of you may have seen the message “Doc Merge” is damaged and can’t be opened. Delete “Doc Merge” and download it again from the App Store.
We are extremely sorry for the situation, have sent a new version to the Mac App Store, and alerted Apple twice in order to obtain an “expedited review”. At this point our hands are tied as we wait for Apple to release the update. In the interim, if you are having this problem, please contact us at the contact page so that you can be sent a serial number for the non-Mac App Store version. Then, once Apple releases the update to you, the Mac App Store version will update and you can switch back to that version. If you insist on having a refund, you will need to contact Apple directly.
